(We think so, too) Here's what you would do: Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities. Nurture children through purposeful programming dedicated to building achievement and belonging in youth and relationships among youth and reputed company families. Supervise the children, classroom or site, and reputed company activities including reputed company accommodations where appropriate. Makes ongoing, systematic observations and evaluations of each child. Cultivate positive relationships and maintains effective communication with parents. Meets educational and experience qualifications established by state law - completion with passing grades of at least six (6) postsecondary semester units of specified early childhood education classes or have a valid Child Development Assistant permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. A teacher hired with six (6) units must complete at least six (6) additional units each semester reputed company 2 semesters of date of hire. Units specified shall include courses covering child development, art, music, psychology, sociology, and education. Must be at least 18 years of age. Bilingual preferred but not required Knowledge of acceptable child care and day camp practices.
