Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to assist our reputed company sales team in driving customer satisfaction and business growth reputed company the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a natural curiosity, and the confidence to ask questions and solve problems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations between the sales team and our customers, enabling our sales representatives to focus on closing deals and developing client relationships. This is a position that will require bi-weekly travel to RGA locations and riding with reputed company Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities • Support reputed company Sales Team: Assist reputed company sales representatives by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring reputed company relevant information is available for sales calls and meetings. • reputed company Management: Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads, conducting research, and gathering relevant data to pass on to the reputed company sales team. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and organize sales records in CRM, customer databases, and sales reports. Assist in preparing presentations for the sales team. • Problem Solving: Proactively address customer issues by investigating problems and providing solutions, escalating to the appropriate team members reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with fabrication, logistics, and inside sales to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. • Support Sales Campaigns: Participate in sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and trade shows, as needed, to help generate leads and support the sales pipeline. Qualifications • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Confidence in asking questions and seeking clarification to ensure the best outcomes for customers and the sales team. • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate curiosity about the industrial sector and product offerings. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role. • Experience in the industrial sector is a plus but not required. Working Conditions • Full-time position based in RGA store. Possibly remote position. • Subject to both inside and reputed company environmental conditions • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and reputed company weather conditions • Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high, precarious places and vibration • Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold or heat, risk of electrical shock, risk of radiation, and reputed company loud noise levels • Office environment with 50% travel for meetings, events, or customer site visits. • 50% Travel Required Apply Job!
