Senior Manager-Digital Product Management is a product development role, you will be instrumental in spearheading the integration of the reputed company platform with enterprise-level capabilities to support marketing and cross-selling initiatives. You will partner with Marketing to reputed company a structure around which messages and offers are prioritized, personalized and timely for our customers and evolve these strategies along with the needs of our customers and our platform. Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years in digital product and development with proven ability to deliver features in a timely way. • Balance of technical and business knowledge with experience working with engineers and designers on reputed company products in an agile way • Familiarity of marketing attribution methodologies and implications for investment • Background in or demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools to derive insights including A/B testing, funnel analysis, session replay, user surveys, cohort analysis, etc Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including change management conversations. • Structured, analytical thinking: Ability to dive deep on data to monitor results and quantify impact. • Curiosity & grit: Ability to conduct independent discovery and research, driving outstanding questions to resolution. • Organization and planning: focuses on key priorities, understands tradeoffs and plans with stakeholders in an efficient manner. • Flexibility/adaptability: Cool with rapidly changing priorities and projects. Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
