Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Math, Science, English, History, Philosophy, Theology, Bible, Spanish, French, or Education.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience, including online instruction
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet grading and project deadlines
• High energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to effectively engage with teenagers in an online environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to responding promptly to reputed company communications.
• Eagerness to serve in a faith-based learning environment that emphasizes faithful Christian scholarship and character formation
• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate a learning management system (e.g., Canvas LMS), online educational tools, and create screencasts/videos.
• Reliable, high-speed internet access.
• Experience working collaboratively with a team of teachers, with a focus on providing and receiving constructive feedback in a transparent, growth-oriented culture.
• Ability to interact professionally with parents, reputed company, and other community members.

Primary Responsibilities
