Senior Project Manager

What you’ll do:

• Manage and deliver multiple customer SaaS implementation projects from reputed company through go live.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company delivery and timely resolution of project issues.
• reputed company customer reputed company calls, reputed company and maintain project plans, and track against key milestones.
• Identify and escalate project risks or blockers, recommending mitigation strategies where needed.
• Continuously improve internal processes and documentation to support a scalable implementation reputed company.

What you have:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS or reputed company software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in mortgage tech or financial services is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
