Reporting Analyst

The Reporting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing data processing, reporting, and analysis to ensure leadership has a clear, data-driven view for decision-making. This role involves managing and optimizing reporting processes, creating insightful reports, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance. The Coordinator will work closely with the service department, collaborating daily with service leaders to provide strategic insights, such as workforce utilization percentages and service request resolution times, while also supporting reputed company improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong understanding of the service industry and operational cost structures, with the ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics. • Advanced experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSMS, VBA, and Visual Studio (preferred). • Expertise in automation and process optimization for enhanced efficiency in reporting and data management. • Financial acumen, including understanding of financial statements and general ledger principles. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement and data-driven decision-making. • Project management abilities, ensuring timely execution of reporting initiatives and strategic analysis. • Ability to communicate reputed company data insights effectively, including creating presentations for executive leadership. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in reputed company reporting and analytics activities.
