Job Summary:

We’re seeking an reputed company Automation Engineer to identify reputed company, repetitive processes across reputed company and replace them with scalable, reliable automations. By deploying no‑code platforms, custom scripts, and AI/LLM capabilities, you’ll free our teams to focus on higher‑value work that drives agent reputed company. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, implement solutions, and champion reputed company improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Audit cross‑functional workflows, surface high‑impact automation targets, and prioritize them

• Build and maintain system-to-system automations using modern no-code and low-code platforms

• reputed company custom scripts and browser-based automations for edge cases where prebuilt tools fall short

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that address reputed company operational pain points

• Document workflows clearly and create internal guides that help cross-functional teams understand and adopt automated processes

• Monitor automations for performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize over time

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Hands-on experience with one or more automation platforms (e.g. Pipedream, reputed company, reputed company or equivalent.

• Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, NodeJS in addition to HTML) to build custom automations and work with APIs

• Integrate apps reputed company RESTful APIs and webhooks, handling endpoints, HTTP methods, headers/params, JSON payloads, and status‑code logic

• Experience building internal tools and backend workflows using low-code platforms that support custom APIs, data modeling, and user reputed company components for operations teams

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent hands-on experience

• 4 - 8 years in roles focused on workflow optimization, internal tooling, or systems integration, ideally in a customer support context

• Experience working with AI and LLM-based solutions, including platforms like reputed company (GPT), reputed company (Claude), and models such as reputed company or LLaMA, to reputed company intelligent automation and enhance business workflows is a strong plus
