About the Role

reputed company's Sales team is seeking a Business Development Representative (Franchise), focused on generating new business opportunities for reputed company's franchise and reputed company sales team. As a fully outbound prospecting role, the BDR will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging multi-location restaurant brands, franchise groups, and reputed company prospects to book reputed company meetings for the franchise sales team.

Note: Candidates residing in our preferred locations will be given first consideration; Texas or California.

What you’ll do:

  • Research and identify high-potential franchise and reputed company accounts.

  • Execute multi-channel reputed company reputed company phone, email, and reputed company to generate interest and book reputed company meetings for the franchise sales team.

  • Qualify leads and ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.

  • Schedule discovery calls and seamlessly hand off prospects to senior sales reps.

  • Maintain accurate records in reputed company.

  • Track reputed company activities, booked meetings, and reputed company reputed company.

  • Generate consistent outbound volume to support pipeline goals.

  • Use reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Sales Navigator to manage workflows, reputed company cadences, and reputed company reputed company.

  • Continuously improve reputed company effectiveness through data and feedback.

You’re a good fit if you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or ample outbound sales experience

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or business development.

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.

  • Proficiency in G-suite products and email communication.

  • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Nav or similar sales CRM systems.

Bonus points if you have...

  • Outbound sales experience, ideally in the hospitality sector.

  • Located in or familiar with Southern California market is a plus

Perks & Benefits

  • Remote work: reputed company works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.

  • PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.

  • Equipment: Computer & technology equipment applicable to your role.

  • Monthly Stipend: $40 to cover home office expenses
