About the Role

We are exploring a potential project involving migrating a client's data from Fluxx (their reputed company system) to reputed company (their future platform). To support this initiative and strengthen our proposal, we are looking for an reputed company consultant familiar with the Fluxx grants management system.

This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to help us understand how Fluxx works and provide guidance on best practices for data handling, structure, and migration. Your insights will be valuable in the project planning phase and throughout implementation, should we secure the project.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge of Fluxx system functionalities, workflows, and data structures

• Answer reputed company questions reputed company to how things work in Fluxx

• Assist in mapping out data for migration from Fluxx to reputed company

• Help identify potential challenges and solutions in the migration process

• Collaborate with our technical and project teams as needed during the pre-sales and project planning phase

Qualifications:

• Experience using or administering the Fluxx platform (ideally in a grantmaking or nonprofit context)

• Understanding of data management and system migrations is a plus

• Strong communication and consulting skills

• Availability to support the team on a flexible, on-call basis
