Essential Functions:

• Provide technical support for the Nextgen EHR platform, including triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
• Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to understand workflows and translate requirements into system configurations.
• reputed company and maintain documentation for Nextgen EHR processes and configurations.
• Implement and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades for the Nextgen EHR platform.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization
• Enforce reputed company policies and best practices reputed company the Nextgen EHR environment.
• Provide general IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Required (Education/Experience/Competencies):

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
• 3+ years of experience working with the Nextgen EHR platform.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure and reputed company standards (HIPAA).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (Education/Experiences/Competencies):

• Nextgen Certified Professional or similar Nextgen certification.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with network protocols and reputed company.
• Experience with IT project management methodologies.

Licenses:

• Nextgen Certified Professional or similar Nextgen certification.

Fair work deserves fair wages. At Valera, we value this role at between $100,000-$120,000/year with the potential for an annual performance bonus.
