Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Director, Solutions Consulting to reputed company a team of high-performing solution consultants in delivering value-driven, technical pre-sales support. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and business processes, enabling you to reputed company solutions that align with customer needs while driving sales effectiveness, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution: Partner closely with enterprise customers to deliver high-impact demonstrations around 10x personalized content creation and velocity. Ensure consistent, high-quality technical sales support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Team Leadership & Development: reputed company, coach, and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants.
• Customer Engagement: Participate in high-impact customer engagements, particularly strategic accounts and reputed company deals.
• Operational Excellence: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure pre-sales impact, win rates, and resource utilization. Maintain alignment with product roadmaps and ensure the team is trained on new capabilities. Track reputed company of use cases and customer outcomes, providing a strong reputed company-of-view and perspective.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a reputed company between customers, product management, and engineering to provide feedback and influence product development.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 8+ years in pre-sales, delivery, solution architecture and/or reputed company roles in B2B enterprise SaaS, top consulting firms and/or reputed company an enterprise customer.
• Track record of helping to technically deliver solutions around marketing use cases (eg. CRM, Customer Journeys, Paid Media, Personalization, Digital Asset Management, SEO).

• Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, proactive and works collaboratively with others.

The range for this role is $230,000-$250,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
