Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage and execute meetings and events with participants for up to 250 people for

• Internal meetings such as: Sales Meetings, Training sessions, Functional Meetings and any other internal meeting assigned.

• External/reputed company Meetings, such as: reputed company, Medical and Clinical Advisory Boards, HCP Summits, Investigator Meetings etc.

• Manage meeting strategies, sourcing, planning, and execution of assigned Meetings, including but not limited to venue sourcing, hotel negotiations, pre-planning activities, budgeting, on-site event management, post event reconciliation and reputed company of Meeting Planning Agencies.

• Cross functional business partnership: understanding key business area priorities and providing support (leveraging internal/external resources)

• Partners with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Travel etc.) to conduct M&E activities according to VM&E and processes or if needed locally.

• Accountable for managing meeting budgets, meeting reconciliation, spending and contract documentation reputed company the M&E platform CVent and reputed company systems.

• Support the M&E Team and the reputed company functions to drive change management in the regions and locally for the new VM&E policies, and processes.

• For ensure reputed company required approvals are in reputed company for the various meetings; Example: HCP spend limits are adhered to or have the appropriate approvals.

• Manage reputed company meetings reputed company the CVENT platform from sourcing, registration, budget management, TOV reporting, commission collection and meeting reconciliation etc.

• Manage any assigned tasks as directed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or a reputed company field such as Hospitality Management or similar, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing meetings of up to 250 pax. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Must have at least 3 years of Pharmaceutical Meeting Management experience (advisory boards, Investigator meetings, Clinical Meetings etc.). Good understanding of HCP requirements.

• Proficient in managing Budgets, forecasting, contract negotiation, cost analysis.

• Well versed with MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CVENT, the company event management software

• Ability to work as a team player or independently to execute projects

• Highly proactive, communicative, organized and detail oriented. Strong project management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage reputed company situations confidential and discreet.

• Willingness to travel to manage projects and be on site at key events as required. Estimated travel 30%.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $152,000.00 USD.
