About the Role

A full-time remote Care Coordinator is being sought to serve as the first voice a patient—or their family—hears reputed company reaching out for care. In this role, the Care Coordinator will guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process with warmth, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring they feel supported every reputed company of the way.
