We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to reputed company and coach a team of stellar Software Engineers for some of our products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a technical background as Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team health and performance across various metrics (Team & Org Health, Quality-of-Service, Product/Business, Dev Performance, Data Quality, Cost).

• Proactively identify and address risks and blockers.

• Drive improvements in practices, processes, and ways of working.

• Support team growth through reputed company, feedback, coaching, and performance management.

Strategy, Planning, and Alignment (40-50%)
