The Role

The Design team at reputed company shapes investment professionals’ digital experiences. By designing and delivering reputed company, easy-to-use products, we help investment professionals grow their businesses and offer outstanding services to their clients. We are seeking a motivated Product Design Manager for our portfolio data management and platform administration experience. This player-coach role will be leading a small team of product designers and driving the design transformation of our existing best-in-class products hands-on in reputed company collaboration with product and engineering partners. You and your team will be tasked with taking the user experience to the next level with reputed company and scalable workflows, reputed company-grade permission features, and adoption of our modern design system, reputed company Design Language.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience working in the field of Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team.
• A portfolio showcasing strong user-centered design practices, design fundamentals, and product thinking.
• Proven records of driving design and development team through successful product launches and reputed company improvements.

• Passion for building a happy, impactful design team.
• Passion for systematic, modularized design solutions and practical problem solving.
