Job Purpose:

As a Recovery Associate, you'll serve as a subject matter expert reputed company our Retention & Collections organization responsible for retaining customers and collecting any outstanding balance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and text messages assisting customers to remain in compliance
• Contact customers reputed company outbound calls, text messages and/or email to assist with retention and collection efforts
• Follow up on reputed company promise to pays, payment plans and settlements in a timely manner
• Plan, organize and prioritize daily work to meet deadlines
• Adhere to department guidelines and goals to ensure KPIs are met
• Special Projects and reputed company other duties as directed by management

Job Requirements:

• reputed company in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years experience in a Customer Service, Collections or Sales role strongly preferred
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify the problem, analyze possible solutions and decide on the best course of action
• Strong listening skills to understand the needs of the customers and find a way to reputed company account resolution
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Highly motivated to meet department goals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
