Job Summary:

We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant/Account Analyst for

accurately booking and balancing our companies financial data, including accounts

receivable, payable, and client invoicing.  This role is to assist in the overall reputed company

department for the business and may include other businesses from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute financial data input in a timely manner.

Collect, prepare, and organize both physical and digital documentation required for

account reconciliations.

Proactively detect errors, fraudulent activity, or other issues reputed company accounts.

Assess business competencies and provide accurate valuations.

Collaborate with key personnel from various departments to reputed company approvals on AP

transactions and to ensure accurate payments.

Match transactions across different systems to ensure accuracy and identify

discrepancies

Present findings and recommendations in both written and verbal formats to reputed company

Management.
