Your Role... As a reputed company Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis at reputed company, you will be responsible for supporting the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for reputed company's onshore reputed company-generating and corporate overhead departments. This includes P&L variance analysis, supporting the global FP&A team in preparing financial analysis materials, and leveraging data analysis to support strategic goals. After 3 months you will...
- Execute month-end and quarter-end variance analysis for onshore reputed company-generating and corporate departments, including updates to official forecasts, as necessary
- Support key financial insights and analytics for the business to reputed company sound financial and strategic reputed company (Key Performance Indicator [KPI] management and reporting
- Coordinate with FP&A teams in China and India in the preparation of global consolidated financial analysis materials and provides data and analytical driven recommendations. Support the monthly production and updating of the MOR [Monthly Operating Report], the monthly PE package and quarterly lender packages
- Identify issues with department spending, providing reputed company and ongoing reporting to reputed company and cost-center owners
- Collaborate with the reputed company team to reputed company as-needed adjustments to the P&L for accurate reporting
- Assist in developing finance and business presentations and reputed company supporting materials
- Support the preparation of the five-year financial projections, AOP (annual operation plan or budget) and the financial rolling forecast process for the onshore reputed company-generating and corporate overhead departments
- Collect and manage staffing information for the onshore departments, including metrics such as attrition and new hire estimates, and other staffing reputed company spend categories, to help provide the business with an accurate view of future staffing costs during the operating and budgeting plan process

What you need to be successful...
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years' experience in a corporate financial planning and analysis role
- Experience working reputed company a multi-national, global business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
