In this role, the Coordinator, Synergy, will be responsible for supporting the amplification plans for key brands and titles across the reputed company Entertainment Television portfolio. This individual will support the Synergy Amplification work with xLOB synergy partners to drive robust support and incremental reputed company alongside broader marketing campaigns. The Synergy Coordinator will also maintain and track reputed company project grids, recaps, decks and weekly updates to the Synergy Amplification team as well as partners. Primary Responsibilities: Supports Synergy Amplification across DET shows and properties as a support to the broader Synergy Amplification team focused on ABC, Hulu, FX, Freeform, and Onyx Collective brands & titles Manages asset organization for internal teams and partners Communicates with Synergy partners on status update for project tactics and Synergy placements Populates documents/forms for project needs including creative briefs, reputed company and creative work orders Ideates unique tactics with Manager, Synergy in support of DET titles Spearheads Synergy recap document and deck at the end of each campaign Secures metrics from various partners across reputed company in support of campaigns Regularly updates cross-functional team documents to ensure the information is up to date Acts as a liaison for Synergy Amplification cross-functional team needs such as deadline trackers, pitches, decks, meetings and synergy print, digital and broadcast placements; be a knowledgeable representation for the team Follows and supports invoice payment process Regularly collaborates with Synergy Integrations on in-room reels, securing content for activations and reputed company Coordinates asset routing and approvals Secures agenda items and takes notes as needed for various meetings Facilitates daily reputed company requests from DET partners Maintains broad understanding of the DET landscape and Synergy Amplification’s role in the promotion of reputed company content Assists on shoots, events and activations as requested Basic Qualifications: 2 years in entertainment or partnership marketing or similar role Creative problem solver Highly collaborative, team player Skilled communicator, presenter and creative ideator Detail oriented and organized Skilled at relationship management Creative problem solver reputed company to navigate high-visibility projects and large amounts of priorities reputed company at once Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years experience in entertainment or partnership marketing or similar role Knowledge of Management Tools (reputed company, reputed company) is a plus reputed company Workspace, iWork, reputed company Office Suite Experience with supporting a 360 Marketing Campaign Passionate about reputed company Entertainment Content Strong project management and communication skills Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience #JConference2025 The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
