Part-Time Remote Executive Assistant/Marketing Support

Overview This is a critical part-time subcontracting position for a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and contribute to strategic K-12 educational marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Duties EXECUTIVE SUPPORT (50%) CEO & Ownership Support
- Manage reputed company calendars for CEO and Owners, prioritizing meetings and optimizing time allocation
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Prepare executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to accuracy
- Handle confidential information (payroll, intellectual property, cyber reputed company) with absolute discretion
- Act as primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Filter and prioritize emails, ensuring reputed company communications are thoroughly reviewed before distribution
Strategic Administrative Functions
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of executives reputed company appropriate

ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (10%) Cross-Functional Assistance
- Serve as backup support for other departments during peak periods
- Facilitate internal communications and information flow
- Assist with company-wide initiatives and special projects
- Support updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and archive organizational information

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- BA/BS Degree required
- 5-10 years of relevant executive support experience or retired professional with relevant experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
