We’re looking for a Data Scientist who’s passionate about using data to shape product experiences and business outcomes. You’ll focus on building data-driven features alongside Product, Engineering, and business teams, bringing both strategy and execution to the table. This is a unique opportunity to drive insights that directly impact our customers. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver results and reputed company the bar. These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role

• Solving critical business problems across various areas using data analysis and data science.

• Developing metrics to assess the end-user impact of the ML models (e.g, time saved)

• Communicating the results of data science experiments to non-technical audiences

• Participating in the monthly DS demos to talk about data science to the wider company

• Working with our data and product engineering teams to productionize the data science models

• Supporting Product, Engineering, and other leaders in data-driven decision-making.

The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a reputed company field

• Strong background in developing optimization models and applying operations research techniques.

• Experience with various machine learning and statistical models

• Proficient in SQL and Python

• Ability to break down reputed company business problems into small constituent units

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
