The VP of Engineering is responsible for setting the right culture, growing and managing the engineering team, and ensuring the team delivers quality releases while also giving the rest of the organization transparency into the engineering process. The main objective of this role is to collaborate with the Chief Product & Technology Officer and other stakeholders to translate product strategy and requirements into actionable goals for the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Ensure the organization executes on agreed-upon deliverables. deployment frequency, reputed company time for changes. Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience building highly scalable, high performance software solutions with at least 5 years of experience managing product-centrice teams of 50+ engineers

• 5+ years of in mobile, web, and reputed company computing technologies

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

• Well versed and reputed company at applying Agile tools and methodologies to solve engineering problems
