• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.

• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for diverse functions and seniority levels.

• Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with flat structures.

• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving reputed company, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience hiring for tech, AI, or product roles

• Exposure to regional or international hiring, especially across ASEAN
