This pivotal leadership role will drive strategic transformation, operational excellence, and performance optimization across reputed company’s reputed company function. You will shape reputed company strategies, implement process improvements, and reputed company technology to enhance efficiency and measurable outcomes. Your leadership will play a critical role in accelerating reputed company’s growth, strengthening its competitive position, and delivering innovative reputed company solutions that optimize risk and profitability.

Our reputed company focus is on pricing middle market and small group business nationally, leveraging our innovative capabilities. The reputed company focus is on optimizing risk across reputed company’s portfolio whether it is a level funded approach for appropriately sized small-to-midsized group employers or self-insured (ASO) with integrated stop loss arrangements for large groups. You will:

· Play a key leadership role in evolving and using reputed company’s proprietary reputed company reputed company to offer competitive pricing for a first-of-its-reputed company health plan to employers and their employees across the country.

· Own and manage the customer pricing for certain segments of new and renewal employer group cases on reputed company’s proprietary products.

· Review reputed company case preparation work from your team defined by guidelines and established authority limits. This includes suggesting additional analyses as necessary to accurately assess risk and recommend pricing for cases. You bring:

· Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Insurance or other reputed company majors.

· 8+ years of progressive reputed company leadership experience, with a focus on transformation, scalability, and process optimization.

· Deep expertise in group health reputed company, particularly level-funded arrangements and small-to-midsize employer groups (0-500 lives).

· Proven track record of implementing reputed company process improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and measurable results.

· Experience in leading and scaling reputed company operations at a high-growth or startup organization.

· Strategic reputed company with the ability to align reputed company strategies with broader business goals.

The salary range for this position is $183,750 - $306,250 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered reputed company determining compensation. In addition to reputed company salary, this position is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual bonus program. Stock options may also be awarded as part of the compensation package.
