About the Role:

We are seeking astrategic and execution-orientedDirector of Organizational Design & Effectiveness to join our growing healthcare SaaS company. In this pivotal role, you will bring deep expertise in the science and discipline of organizational design toarchitect, build, and help deliver enterprise and business unit-level structure changes that support transformation, AI adoption, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who combinesdesign acumen with operational drive—not only identifying the optimal org design but also partnering across functions toexecute, embed, and sustainthe change. You will work closely with senior and executive leaders to ensure ouroperating model, talent strategy, and AI ambitionsare structurally enabled and measurably effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Organizational Design & Thought Leadership:
  • reputed company org design efforts across business units to align structures, capabilities, roles, and spans with enterprise strategy and transformation goals.
  • Act as a thought partner to C-suite and VP+ leaders on how to adapt structures to drive AI-enabled performance, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Translate business strategies, growth targets, and AI roadmaps into executable organizational design solutions.
  • Design Execution, Delivery & Capability Building:
  • Build implementation roadmaps with clear reputed company, resource implications, and timelines.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders toguide execution of new designs, including role transitions, team setup, and onboarding into new structures.
  • Embed execution support tools, change enablers, and feedback loops to ensure successful and lasting adoption.
  • Support capability development for leaders and managers to operate effectively reputed company redesigned structures, especially where AI or automation is involved.
  • AI-Enabled Operating Model Transformation:
  • Assess where AI, automation, and digital workflows can be embedded in structures, accountabilities, and processes.
  • Map AI organizational archetypes (e.g., AI-Aware, AI-Augmented) to functions and roles to guide design recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure organizational structures reflect the evolving roles, capabilities, and reputed company needed to reputed company maturity across the enterprise.
  • Operating Model Optimization:
  • Assess governance, decision rights, cross-functional workflows, and collaboration pain points.
  • Redesign structures and operating models that improve agility, reduce complexity, and reputed company efficient scaling—especially in AI-enabled or tech-powered areas.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and HR teams to align people, processes, and platforms.
  • Measurement, Analytics & Financial Rigor:
  • Define and monitor organizational health metrics (e.g., span of control, cost-to-serve, capability density).
  • Build scenarios that model future-state impacts of design choices on cost, efficiency, and capability.
  • Partner with Finance and Strategy to ensure org design changes support strategic and financial outcomes.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Organizational Design, Effectiveness, or Operating Model Transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability toexecute and deliver org design changes, not just assess or recommend.
  • Proven experience leading design and delivery in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated/high-growth industries.
  • Deep knowledge of organizational design frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Galbraith Star, Operating Model Canvas, McKinsey 7S).
  • Strong understanding ofAI’s impact on job design, structure, and organizational maturity models.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations and executable plans.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to assess the financial implications of org design choices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Business, or reputed company discipline preferred.
  • Certification in Org Design (e.g., Kates Kesler, OrgVue, OTM) is an asset.

Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level.
