About The Role

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work on a wide range of initiatives spanning product strategy, engineering operations, technical planning, and collaboration across technical and product teams. You’ll act as a force reputed company for the CTO, helping drive critical projects reputed company and ensuring high-reputed company initiatives stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CTO on technical org design, product vision, and long-term infrastructure planning

• Drive special projects from inception to completion, often involving deep research, technical diligence, and problem-solving

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or technical program manager)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders

• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills

• Fast at execution

• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
