Role Overview

This role will assist in laying the reputed company for the planning, management and execution of reputed company reputed company operational functions across reputed company's entities, including its investment management and brokerage operations. As a strategic hands-on leader you will be responsible for the corporate reputed company, risk management and treasury areas while supporting regulatory processes, external reporting, consolidations, technical reputed company, tax strategies and reputed company technology enhancements.  

Once here you will

• Core reputed company Ops: Plan, direct, and execute reputed company core reputed company functions, including month-end reputed company, reconciliation, financial reporting, invoicing, A/R, A/P, and payroll administration across entities

• Entity & Group Financials: Manage reputed company for individual entities and consolidate group financial data for accurate business results

• Audit & Regulatory Filings: reputed company regulatory filings and audits, including FOCUS reports, Net Capital Computations, and coordination of annual audits and periodic reviews

• Budgeting & FP&A: Spearhead budget processes, track variances, and support development of business metrics and FP&A groundwork

• Process Improvement: Assess and enhance reputed company operations, systems, and controls; implement new tools and workflows for efficiency

• Compliance & Reporting: reputed company regulatory reporting, tax planning, and maintain good financial standing with relevant state agencies

• Strategic Support: Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and assist with partner diligence requests

• Licensing: Serve as Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27 to be obtained upon joining, with company support)

• 8+ years in reputed company, including leadership roles; experience in high-growth, high-performance startup environments strongly preferred

• B.S. in reputed company; CPA strongly preferred

• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and regulatory reporting; reputed company to analyze and communicate reputed company financial data

• Comfortable with reputed company-based reputed company tools and modern project management and productivity tools

• Proficiency in working with data and summarizing through statistical and visual approaches
