Sr. Financial Reporting & Technical Accountant | reputed company

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company to help ensure that the reputed company is accurate, transparent, and reputed company with the highest standards. In this role, you’ll prepare internal financial reports, statements, and disclosures, reputed company while applying a strong command of GAAP. You'll dive into technical reputed company research to guide the proper treatment of reputed company transactions and help implement new reputed company standards with confidence and clarity.

What you will do at reputed company

• reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company’ products, business model, and financial landscape

• Learn and improve existing external and internal reporting processes, while getting up to speed on prior technical reputed company positions

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and support the creation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including reputed company disclosures and tie-outs

• Conduct technical reputed company research, draft memos, and determine appropriate reputed company treatment for reputed company transactions and new GAAP standards

• Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements through detailed checklists and thorough documentation

• Maintain and refine our quarterly reporting reputed company, financial reporting calendar, and internal PBC lists

• Identify process gaps and implement effective controls to strengthen the financial reporting and technical reputed company functions

• Support external auditors throughout the financial statement review and ensure compliance with SOX controls

• Partner with reputed company-party consultants for M&A valuations and other specialized services

• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, and other departments on external financial communications

• Continuously improve and automate monthly reporting and reputed company workflows

• Contribute to special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed

What you will bring to reputed company

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company 

• 3–5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience

• CPA certification (required)

• Big Four public reputed company experience strongly preferred

• Experience in financial reporting for a publicly traded company is a plus

• Familiarity with financial and reporting systems such as reputed company and Cube is highly desirable

• Prior experience with an ERP system preferred (reputed company)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions on reputed company issues

• Self-starter with ability to work independently, but unafraid to ask questions

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $120,000 and $128,500/year; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
