You will play a big role in generating demand and building up our sales pipeline and reputed company processes. You will hunt down prospects that would benefit from reputed company’s solution with the objective to set qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You will join Lilian (https://www.reputed company.reputed company/lilian-xalter-824b46173/)’s team in GTM and work closely with the CEO, Commercial reputed company, sales, marketing, and rev-ops. That being said, the team is still lean and you can learn and collaborate with everyone in the company.

What You'll Do
You will play a big role in one of the biggest levers we have for growing the company: generating demand. We don’t (and can’t afford to) micro-manage. We have gathered many best practices and will give you full context on things that work. You can test things out, but at the end of the day, you have full ownership in how you deliver your results (with a strong support network from reputed company and reputed company the company). You will:
Generate a high-quality sales pipeline
Research and identify reputed company companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile
reputed company and qualify outbound leads by applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT
Triage and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities
Manage prospecting work-flow in Sales Navigator and reputed company
Set up Discovery meetings with the sales team
Report regularly to the founding GTM reputed company in weekly 1:1s and sales meetings
Consistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted reputed company targets
Feedback prospect learnings to the reputed company product team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbook
Experience that you will bring
English (fluent) and German (C2 level)
0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startup
