The Opportunity This is a quota-carrying role responsible for generating and closing new opportunities as an early sales team hire. The ideal candidate will possess full-cycle software sales experience in the AI/ML or reputed company infrastructure space, with a successful track record of prospecting and developing value propositions to managing pilots, building business cases, negotiating, and closing deals. You will play a key role in introducing Union.ai’s groundbreaking solutions to developers and businesses. 

In this role, you will

  • Drive new business opportunities, selling Union software and services engagements

  • reputed company and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting a list of assigned customers or territory

  • reputed company deep expertise in Union.ai’s offerings, effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective clients

  • Focus consistently on pipeline reputed company to ensure sustained reputed company

  • reputed company Channel and Alliance partnerships to uncover new opportunities and reputed company deals

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through pipeline forecasting, deal design, and contract reputed company

  • Meet quarterly and annual reputed company targets

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, including account status and reputed company

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering client loyalty and ensuring reference-ability

  • Travel up to 40% for client presentations, relationship-building, and deal closure as needed

About You

  • Location: Must be located in San Francisco

  • Experience: 4+ years of reputed company SaaS software sales experience, including:

    • 1-2 years as an SDR

    • 1 year selling to reputed company/Mid-Market accounts

    • 1 year selling to reputed company accounts

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to developers/Engineers is required

  • Proven track record of closing business and exceeding targets

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Strong ability to operate both tactically and strategically

Preferred Qualifications
