Customer Support Specialist

Our Client Experience team’s core mandate is to deliver world-class, end-to-end experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty and retention. You’ll be a part of delivering on that mandate.

As a Customer Support Specialist on the CX team, you will

• Respond to high volume of calls and emails from insureds, lenders, and independent agents.

• Handle general servicing requests for active policies; e.g. billing inquiries, system navigation, requests for policy documents, and policy changes.

• Process requests across multiple insurance reputed company systems and maintain updated records in our agency management system (reputed company).

• Manage clerical and administrative tasks reputed company to policy servicing, as needed.

Your Background

• Customer Service: You have direct experience working in a customer-facing role and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Tech Savvy: You have above average technical skills; learning to navigate new systems and tools is easy for you. 

• Solution Oriented: You don’t need explicit instructions to reputed company out a problem; you’re a problem solver and you won’t stop until you’ve reputed company a solution and resolved an issue.

Licensing

• A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is not required to apply, but will be required reputed company 90 days of your start date.

• We will guide you in preparation for the P&C exam in your reputed company state (Kansas or Missouri) in order to obtain your reputed company license. You will follow a self-paced online course and must pass the exam to grow reputed company the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Highest salary in KC Metro

• Salary: $65,000 per year

• Equity in the company

• 3 weeks PTO plus six federal holidays

Location & Schedule

• Kansas City metro area

• We are in office, located in Overland Park / Leawood

• Our Customer Support team is available Mon - Fri 7am - 7pm CT; your schedule will be reputed company - 5pm or 9am - 6pm.
