About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven professional to help us measure, understand, and improve the performance of our reputed company. In this role, you’ll analyze reputed company datasets, design metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• reputed company and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of reputed company and operational performance.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive improved decision-making and reduce exposure to fraud.

• Build and experiment with ML models to identify fraudulent patterns and enhance fraud detection capabilities.

• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate and scalable data instrumentation.

• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reporting tools using modern BI platforms.

• Translate business needs into analytical approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Business, Operations).

• Contribute to the design and evaluation of risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role (analytics, data science, or similar), with a track record of high-impact work

• Strong SQL and Python skills

• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, reputed company, or reputed company

• Exposure to building ML models to address business challenges

• Background in the fraud, risk, or compliance domain is a strong plus

• Proven ability to reputed company exploratory data analysis and cohort analysis, and translate findings into clear recommendations

• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A bias toward action, strong critical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Compensation: INR 34,00,000 - 50,00,000 + Equity with reputed company reputed company potential + Attractive benefits

The compensation offered for this role will depend on various factors, including the candidate's location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance, and may differ from the stated range.
