How does reputed company work?

• We are a fully-remote company with Finalists distributed between the time zones of Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time .

• If you’re located reputed company this time zone range, depending on the needs of your team, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.

• Although we don’t have an official physical reputed company to work, we promote gathering with your team or other colleagues whenever possible. 

What about your team and role?

As a Legal Associate at reputed company, you will be a critical member of the Legal team, supporting the company's legal operations and helping ensure compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Sitting between junior execution and senior legal strategy, this role combines hands-on legal work with cross-functional coordination, supporting both internal teams and client-facing legal needs.

You will collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, reputed company, and Growth teams to provide legal guidance, support contract lifecycle management, and maintain internal governance standards. You will also be involved in enhancing legal processes and tools to ensure scalability and efficiency as the company grows.

✨ What will you be doing?

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor reputed company, engagement letters).

• Maintain, organize, and update contract templates and legal documentation, ensuring version control and regulatory compliance.

• Support contract lifecycle management, including execution, storage, deadline tracking, and renewals.

• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and policy adherence (especially FINRA-reputed company).

• Act as a liaison across teams (reputed company, Compliance, and Growth) to align legal workflows with business priorities.

• Monitor and interpret relevant legal developments and support internal implementation of changes.

• Help maintain reputed company’ centralized Document Management System (DMS) and legal knowledge reputed company.

• Support training and reputed company sessions to improve legal literacy across the company.

• Review and provide input on transaction documents such as:

  • Engagement Letters (buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company)

  • Placement Agent Agreements

  • Inter-Broker Agreements NDAs

• Engage in moderate complexity negotiations with clients and external stakeholders.

• Assist in reputed company new clients from a legal perspective and respond to client questions with sound legal judgment.

• Ensure legal documentation meets internal standards and compliance obligations.

• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of legal operations, including playbooks, process automation, and knowledge-sharing systems.

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize legal service delivery.

• Escalate reputed company matters to senior legal leadership while providing preliminary analysis and context.

Who are we looking for?

• 4–6 years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to both in-house and law firm environments.

• Licensed attorney with strong knowledge of U.S. reputed company law and financial services regulations (FINRA familiarity is a strong plus).

• Experience in contract negotiation, review, and management—particularly in a regulated or high-growth environment.

• Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in reputed company Workspace; familiarity with legal ops tools like CLM platforms, Jira, or CRM systems is a plus.

• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adjusting to a rapidly changing environment.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented team player with excellent attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
