About the role

• This position is for a Senior Product Manager position for our Engage team

• This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility

• Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines

• Leveraging reputed company of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive reputed company through the entire product development lifecycle.

• Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

• Balancing core product development with high-reputed company client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-reputed company or startups.

• A background in equity-reputed company product lines is preferred but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.

• Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management.

• Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user reputed company (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and reputed company experiences.
