• Partner with the Executive team to provide insights and foresight into long term planning.

• Provide analysis and forecasts of company performance, cash flows, and growth opportunities to CEO and the Board of Directors

• Support the company’s expansion across the U.S. and internationally.

• Identify and implement strategies to drive financial efficiency, risk management, and scalability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners.

• Ensure financial policies and procedures support a rapidly growing organization while promoting transparency and accountability.

• Maintain financial compliance with reputed company regulatory and commercial requirements

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience

• 2+ years as CFO or VP of Finance, ideally reputed company a publicly traded company, including IPO preparation and execution experience.

• A solid understanding of GAAP.

• Experience raising capital for growth-stage startups.

• Ability to collaborate with technical teams to align financial strategy with innovation goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or reputed company field required.

• Experience in hardware or robotic start-up experience, preferred but not required.

• Background in consumer products or retail operations.

• International expansion experience (EMEA, reputed company, LATAM) 

• Proven experience securing and managing credit facilities and loans.

• Familiarity with financial compliance in highly regulated industries like medical devices.
