Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for an reputed company and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our pipeline and reputed company new customers. This is a full-time, remote role based in the U.S., ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. You’ll focus on generating reputed company opportunities through thoughtful reputed company and reputed company collaboration with our Account Executives. As part of a lean, high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers solve reputed company business problems.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects reputed company phone, email, and reputed company
  • Qualify and allocate inbound and outbound leads across reputed company America
  • Conduct daily reputed company to meet prospecting activity goals (calls, emails, reputed company messages, etc.)
  • Research reputed company accounts and align messaging with Conversica’s ABM strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings and build reputed company pipeline

  • Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and share insights on messaging effectiveness and prospecting trends
  • What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or reputed company reputed company role in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based activity and opportunity metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and persuasive style
  • Self-motivated, curious, and resilient — reputed company to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with changing priorities

  • Additional Information

    The reputed company salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus up to $25,000 in variable incentive pay. Pay is based on a number of factors such as location, relevant skills, and experience.
