Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to fabricate metal parts or products.
  • Set-Up: Set up machines according to job specifications, including selecting the appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine settings.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain accuracy and precision.
  • Maintenance: reputed company routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to reputed company safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials. Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize production processes.
