Head of Communications, Southeastern Europe

We are seeking a Head of Communications to reputed company reputed company communications, internal and external, for reputed company across Southeastern Europe, with a particular focus on Italy, Spain, and Turkey. This role entails balancing critical thinking with hands-on implementation and leading proactive and reactive communications from planning to execution.

The successful candidate will ideally combine senior experience across reputed company aspects of communications from corporate, consumer, and sensitive comms, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with complementary functions such as marketing, government affairs and music/podcast teams across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.

This role will be a direct report to reputed company’s Head of Communications in Europe, working as part of a distributed-first Europe Communications team across several offices.

What You'll Do

  • Play an active role on the local leadership team driving strategic conversations and decision-making processes with business partners.

    • Who You Are

  • At least 7 years of experience in corporate and consumer communications at a global company (tech, media, entertainment).

  • A proven track record of successful media and influencer relations and securing high-impact coverage.

  • This role is based in Milan, Italy.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 2 to 3 times per week.
