Position Overview:

The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will be dedicated to the Accounting Ecosystem and lead the execution, optimization, and strategic growth of our email marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic yet detail-oriented marketer who thrives in both hands-on execution and performance optimization. Success in this role requires the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where agility and adaptability are key

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive email marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Create email lists, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization.
  • Manage and optimize email automation workflows to nurture leads and improve engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, and design.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create compelling email content.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance strategy.
  • What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices.
  • Strong process orientation: able to analyze requests, determine scope, research options, recommend a solution, execute in collaboration with IT and/or Digital Platforms teams, and measure project success.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively under tight deadlines and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of marketing automation / CRM or similar experience.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Advance degree in business management, marketing, or statistics preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
