reputed company is looking for a strategic and performance driven Senior Director of Partner Success Management. This role will report to the Vice President of reputed company Management and will reputed company the success and growth of our partner ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for developing and scaling a partner success strategy that maximizes mutual value for our partners and our business. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and reputed company teams to ensure partners are empowered, enabled, and supported across the full partner lifecycle.

How you'll add value

  • Build and reputed company the Partner Success Strategy: Define and execute a scalable partner success reputed company focused on onboarding, enablement, adoption, and retention for referral, reseller, and implementation partners.
  • Drive Partner Outcomes & Retention: Ensure partners reputed company their desired outcomes and remain reputed company with our business through proactive engagement, success planning, and performance reviews.
  • Partner Enablement & Growth: Collaborate with enablement and marketing teams to reputed company playbooks, training, and content reputed company to the partner strategy and that drive partner capabilities, satisfaction, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence & Scale: Establish metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops to continuously monitor partner performance, sales impact, satisfaction (e.g., pNPS), and service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to reputed company for partner needs, influence roadmap priorities, and align strategies that drive ecosystem success.
  • Team Leadership: reputed company and grow a high-performing Partner Success team. Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • 12+ years of experience in reputed company, Channel/Partner Management, or Post-Sales roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • 7+ years in a leadership role managing partner-facing or customer-facing teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS partner models (resellers, referral, service delivery, and alliances)
  • Proven success driving outcomes and retention through scalable partner success programs
  • Experience building and managing partner enablement programs
  • Exceptional executive reputed company and ability to engage with C-level partner stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Superior networking and influencing skills
  • Experience with CRM and partner tools (e.g., reputed company, PartnerStack, reputed company)
  • Experience launching or scaling a partner success function at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with partner segmentation strategies and partner lifecycle frameworks

  • This position has a salary range of $169,000-$270,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. reputed company focuses on reputed company pay for reputed company and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
