As Partnerships Manager – Spain, your mission is to grow and activate Addingwell’s network of partners across the Spanish market.

Your key responsibilities will be :

Partner Development

  • Internal & External Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and events.
  • Represent Addingwell in the Spanish partner ecosystem (e.g., webinars, conferences).
  • Share local feedback and insights with the global team.

  • Must-Have

  • Native-level Spanish and strong English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Experience in SaaS or AdTech/MarTech.
  • Knowledge of the Iberian digital agency ecosystem.
