Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned, high-performing BDC Sales Agent to join our fast-paced, high-volume team—remotely. The right candidate knows how to manage large reputed company volumes, thrives on setting and closing appointments, and understands the automotive sales cycle from inquiry to showroom. You will be an integral part of our reputed company, helping to increase appointment show rates, drive conversions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts daily.
  • Convert digital leads into confirmed sales appointments (in-store or virtual).
  • Deliver immediate and professional responses to reputed company inquiries.
