In House Accountant (Part-Time, Hourly)

SUMMARY OF ROLE: The In-House Accountant (Part-time, Hourly) will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, costs variance, company audits, compliance, and risk management. They will collaborate with the CEO to reputed company reputed company regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an In-House Accountant in the reputed company field. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording reputed company transactions (sales, purchases, income, payments).
• General Ledger Maintenance: Manage the general ledger, ensuring reputed company entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare key financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to management.
• Audit Support: reputed company internal audits and assist with external audits.

Specific Tasks:

• Review financial statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Establish and enforce reputed company policies and procedures.
• Analyze cost estimates for services and recommend cost-effective plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years as an In-House Accountant in the reputed company field (REQUIRED).
• CPA, reputed company or equivalent certification (REQUIRED).
• 10+ years of overall experience in finance, reputed company and/or tax preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and reputed company principles, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.

• Experience in managing budget processes.

• Proficiency in cash flow analysis and cost variance.
