- 10+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python
- Strong Linux expertise - from internals to system-level understanding
- Deep experience with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure tooling
- 3–5+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Successful track record managing teams of 15–25 engineers
- Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, product-focused environments
- Russian - native; English - reputed company+
