Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights and supporting business leaders with reliable data and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance, reputed company or reputed company area
• General knowledge of reputed company, financial, operational and budgeting principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong business acumen data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
• Highly proficient with reputed company reputed company and other data and calculation software(s); experience with Power BI, budgeting and reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, MS Board or others, and workforce management systems, such as reputed company
• Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
