Job Description

As a Purchasing Assistant here at reputed company you are responsible in monitoring and evaluating purchase orders on a daily reputed company. Assist and manage communication with vendors. Coordinates and resolve purchase issues. Maintain records and associate documents for reputed company processes and maintain knowledge on reputed company reputed company order and its status.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in monitoring and evaluating purchase orders on a daily reputed company.

• Tracking and Monitoring Professional and Projects Boards

• Inventory and Audit Report

Job KPI's

• 20 reputed company Waiting on Parts tickets.
• 100% Vendor audits completed before 25th of the month (tracker reputed company reputed company folder)
• 20 reputed company Need Payment tickets
• 100% Need Payment tickets follow up notes entered
• 100% notes for reputed company money to collect from clients

Requirements

• A home office set up that meets the following:
• A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11

• HD webcam/camera
• A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings

Compensation

Pay reputed company starts at $3.80/hour and vary by experience and location.
