Who You Are

As a Channel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the processes and systems that support our channel partner ecosystem. You will ensure operational excellence, improve efficiency, and reputed company scalability across our channel strategy. You’re a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a passion for building scalable, partner-centric processes. What You'll Do

  • Maintain and evolve operational frameworks to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives by improving partner programs.
  • Track, analyze, and provide insights into channel partner performance and program effectiveness to inform strategic reputed company.
  • Build and maintain scalable systems and processes alongside the Sales Operations team to support internal workflows and external partner experience.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in partner-reputed company workflows and reputed company initiatives to streamline and automate operations.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance teams to ensure channel operations align with company-wide objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Channel or Sales Operations/Strategy, or a reputed company role reputed company a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, Impartner, reputed company, Workramp, etc).
  • Attention to detail with a proven track record of managing reputed company processes with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes initiative to drive results.

What You Also Have

  • Experience developing partner enablement programs or working reputed company a channel-driven sales model.

Location

This is a remote position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must comfortable traveling to the office as needed.

Compensation (reputed company + OTE)
