What’s the opportunity?As our Payouts Associate, you will join a team that takes full responsibility for carrying on the processing flows in different countries, iterating with other banks or partners, and looking to improve their performance.

What will I be doing?

• Process and analyze payment instructions in different countries.
• Engage daily with banks, payment processors, and clients to ensure the efficiency of the payment systems.
• Make a proactive analysis of the transactional flows to detect risk issues and implement improvements.
• Reconcile and control the full transactional flow of daily processing.
• Interact and collaborate with the different areas of the company. Contact banks and partners to resolve issues and find solutions.

What skills do I need?

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills, systematic, and organized.
• Basic SQL- Advantage.
