Manager, Direct Marketing

We are hiring for a Manager, Direct Marketing who will be responsible for leading the team that drives customer acquisition through offline channels. This includes planning and executing events, partnerships, and on-ground activations. The goal is to increase brand visibility and engagement through targeted, face-to-face marketing efforts in key markets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader with experience managing field teams and delivering measurable results from direct campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, or offline marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated success planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes (e.g., leads, signups, or reputed company) through face-to-face marketing.
• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior in key markets and how to design locally relevant activations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and representing the brand externally.
