Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Director, Strategic Accounts (Western US) to reputed company the growth and management of strategic partnerships reputed company major health systems, with a focus on NICU and pediatric departments. This director level role is responsible for driving reputed company-wide genomic testing adoption, leading a high-performing team, and supporting EMR integration strategies to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Strategic Account Management

Executive Relationship Management

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, clinical, product, medical affairs and IT) to ensure solution alignment. 

• Communicate customer insights to influence product development and service enhancements. 

EMR Integration & Clinical Implementation 

• Work closely with hospital IT teams and physician stakeholders to support successful EMR integration of genomic testing. 

• Guide health systems in adopting NICU rapid and ultraRapid genome testing workflows into clinical care. 

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA a plus.

• Strong understanding of EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), clinical workflows, and hospital operations.
